I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at Colgate University. My PhD is in economics with a specialization in interdisciplinary environmental research, which I completed at University of California San Diego in 2017. My bachelor’s degree is from the University of Oregon.

My research is on environmental economics, and focuses on voluntary environmental policies such as subsidies. I am particularly interested in residential energy efficiency policy.

At Colgate, I teach Econ 151: Introduction to Economics, Core 181S: Cooperation and the Environment, Econ 228: Environmental Economics, and Econ 483: Seminar in Resource & Environmental Economics.

In my free time, I enjoy running, baking, and caring for my carnivorous plant collection.
